Dennis C. Hamilton, FBCI (Hon)
President and Chief Executive Officer
Dennis Hamilton is a founding partner and Chief Executive Officer of Emergency Response Management Services Corporation (ERMS). In this role, Dennis is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of ERMS.
Dennis has been in the Crisis Management / Risk Management services industry since its inception in the mid 1970s. Internationally recognized as a visionary and innovator in Crisis Management and Emergency Response Planning, Dennis earned the reputation as one of North America's foremost consulting practitioners. Prior to his role at ERMS, Dennis assisted leading organizations with their Crisis Management programs and continues to serve as a strategic advisor to multiple Executive Management teams.
In addition to his role as consultant and advisor, Dennis was a founder of the Disaster Recovery Information Exchange (DRIE), chief architect of the PRESAGE Business Recovery Planner which established standards that continue to be used today by businesses throughout the world. Dennis is also an Honorary Fellow of the Business Continuity Institute (Hon FBCI).
Sylvain Rollin
Vice President and Chief Technology Officer
In his role as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, Sylvain Rollin is responsible for the technical direction of the company, including Research and Development, Quality Assurance and Service Delivery. Sylvain is a member of the ERMS Executive Leadership Team and leads a team of application architects and analysts to support the full software development life cycle.
Prior to ERMS, Sylvain was President of Innovative Technology Consortium Inc., providing a vast range of technology and communication solutions to small and medium sized organizations throughout North America. Prior to ITC Inc., Sylvain spent 17 years at Clarke Inc., a national transportation company. His last position with Clarke was as Chief Technology Officer.
Jennifer Mitchell
Director of Business Application Services
Jennifer Mitchell brings over 10 years of experience to her role as Director of Business Application Services. Leading a team responsible for pre and post application development, areas under her responsibility include analysis, quality assurance, customer support and training.
Prior to joining ERMS, Jennifer was a Senior Consultant for Infinium Software, Inc. and managed the implementation of ERP applications for end customers. Previous to Infinium, Jennifer was responsible for supporting and maintaining the financial systems for Clarke Inc.
Jerry Bennett
Vice President, US Operations
Jerry Bennett is responsible for the strategic planning and development of ERMS US service partner relationships, ensuring profitable growth and operational success. In this role, Jerry manages all sales and business development activity for the US market.
Prior to joining ERMS, Jerry was President and CEO of Absolute Contact Center Solutions (ACCS) providing contact center software solutions to Fortune 500 corporations. Previous to ACCS, Jerry spent two decades in software application sales with Bell Canada's BCE Elix, Intecom (an EADS company) and Pyderion Contact Technologies.
