Sylvain Rollin – President

Sylvain Rollin is an enthusiastic leader adept at developing talented teams; teams who excel at customer satisfaction. As a driving force behind the ERMS’ spirited culture, he’s responsible for developing the company’s business strategy and tactical goals — while managing ERMS’s day-to-day activities as well as spearheading technology and product development efforts.
 
In his previous role as Senior Vice President and CTO at ERMS, he was responsible for determining the company’s ¬technical direction, research and development, quality assurance, and service delivery. Prior to ERMS, Sylvain held senior executive positions at Innovative Technology Consortium Inc. (President), and Clarke Inc. (CTO).
 
Sylvain’s 27 years of experience in management, technology, and software development provide the expertise needed to grow ERMS to ever-increasing levels of success. All while providing ERMS’ customers with the innovative products and professional services they need to exceed their objectives.
 


Jennifer Mitchell – Vice President Service Delivery

Jennifer Mitchell brings over 15 years of experience to her role as Vice President Service Delivery. Leading the team responsible for pre- and post-application development, she’s responsible for the development of value-added application services and focuses on the goal of continuous business application service improvement. Jennifer and her team are also responsible for analysis, quality assurance, customer support, and training.
 
Prior to joining ERMS, Jennifer held management roles at Infinium Software, where she managed the implementation of ERP applications, and Clarke Inc., where she was responsible for supporting and maintaining financial systems.
 
Jennifer’s dedication helps ensure ERMS customers receive the friendly and helpful support and training they need maximize the benefits of their emergency notification system.
 


Lucy Railton – Director of Marketing

Lucy Railton brings a diverse marketing background to the ERMS team. With over 21 years of progressive experience, including 14 years of B2B technology marketing, she understands the importance of engaging with stakeholders to develop strong business relationships built on trust and integrity.
 
Lucy is responsible for development and execution of ERMS’ strategic marketing and communication plans. Prior to joining ERMS, Lucy held management positions at hardware and software companies such as Konica Minolta Business Solutions and Hostopia.com Inc. where she was responsible for the development and execution of advertising, brand, customer acquisition, market research, communications, and sponsorship strategies.
 
Lucy’s ingenuity supports the generation of awareness and trust in the products and solutions provided by ERMS.

 
 

Ray Ganong– Chairman

Ray Ganong is a successful serial entrepreneur and during his 28 year career has held a wide range of leadership positions including co-founder and CTO of EVault, founder and President of VytalNet, as well as founder of VytalBase Inc. which was acquired by Recall in 1994. He is a multi-patent holder and is currently President of Applied Recognition Inc., the creators of FotobounceTM (easy private photo sharing with face recognition).
 
As ERMS’ co-founder and Chairman, Ray Ganong provides leadership and guidance while being a motivating example of how to apply innovative technology to meet the needs of businesses and consumers.
 
 
 

Peter E. McCawley – Board Member and Chair of the Compensation Committee


Mr. McCawley’s distinguished 40+ year career started as a buyer for American Hospital Supply. Shortly afterwards he joined ARAMARK Canada where he excelled in leadership roles at many of their divisions. His tenure at ARAMARK included positions as Executive Vice President Operations (Major Foods), Group Vice President (Versa Health Care Services Toronto), President & Chief Operating Officer (Modern Building Inc.), Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer (Commercial Markets). His final executive position at ARAMARK Canada was President & Chief Operating Officer.
 
Mr. McCawley now invests in businesses he believes have strong growth potential, provide exceptional service, and have the ability to become leaders within their respective industries.
