Alex Corrance Memorial Ball Hockey Tournament
ERMS is proud to sponsor the Annual Alex Corrance Memorial Ball Hockey Tournament. This event is held in memory of Alex who died suddenly on December 26th, 2006 at the age of 17, when he collapsed to the ice in the first period of a hockey tournament. All proceeds from the event go directly to the Alex Corrance Memorial Fund which was established to save lives of young adults who are genetically prone to sudden death due to heart rhythm abnormalities. The goal is to help support designated research studies along with education and awareness.
