American Express Company has selected ERMS Advantage Services for world-wide implementation in support of their Global Crisis Management Program and life safety initiatives.

Under the direction of the Global Security Services team, all five principal ERMS service modules will be used to support multiple in-crisis processes including:

• Mass and targeted communications
• Event management
• Accounting for employees through roll-call
• Emergency Management, and
• Business / Technology Continuity Management.
